Open Arms and Open Hearts, Ministry Inc. was founded September 23, 2006.
Messiah Ministries International did the ordination and acknowledged the calling on her life. Rev. Cindy's father the late Pastor Bob Falco's mantel was passed to his daughter Cindy Falco who has lived and walked her life with the Lord. Her zeal for the things of God is evident in her life as she continues to minister to many.
Cindy was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She is a Jewish/Italian spitfire. Her mother Phyllis Falco being born Jewish, had a supernatural encounter with Jesus when she was pregnant with Cindy and her Father who was an FBI, as he would say (full blooded Italian) raised Roman Catholic was saved one year after Cindy's birth. Cindy is number four of six daughters born to Pastors Bob and Phyllis Falco. Cindy's father's bones today are laid to rest in Israel Near the Sea of Galilee. Cindy's heritage is Rich in the things of the Lord.
Cindy
was Saved, Baptized in water and in The Holy Spirit at the age of three.
She always loved The Lord and always had a heart after Him. Cindy has went
though many trials and tribulations: Divorce, Loss of her business,
Loss of Her Father, Loss of her only son Richard Robert Najul at the age
of 22 years old (aka as Ricky). She is the grandmother to Falco, who
was named in honor of her Father and Herself by her son Ricky. Cindy
has been through many testing’s of her faith and as The Lord would say"
Well Done Thy Good and Faithful servant!" The
Lord has sustained her through ALL her losses and gave her Beauty For
Ashes. With God ALL things are possible to those who BELIEVE. Reverend
Cindy Falco at this time has several Interests. She is President and
founder of Open Arms and Open Hearts Ministry. She holds a degree in
Theology, and Christian Counseling and hosts" a Radio Show" Getting Real with Rev
Cindy." via internet. There isn't a topic or subject that will not be discussed with a biblical perspective. It's important that you
know what the Bible says on all issues of life. Rev. Cindy encourages you to

Di Corrado, husband to Rev Cindy accepted Jesus Christ as His Savior 13
years ago and several years after that he too was baptized in the Holy
Spirit. Luciano, is the behind the scenes guy. His gifts are many and I
thank God for them and for Him as we minister together in our
gifting's. Side
note: Cindy uses her maiden name "Falco" in the Ministry in honor to
her Father the late Pastor Bob Falco who was taken so suddenly in an
airplane crash in the Congo, and in relation to her Grandson Falco,
which Ricky, her son named his son in honor of both His Pop Pop and His
Mother, Cindy. Luciano is quite understanding of this and also honors
Cindy for Honoring her father. May
